BUYING PRODUCTS ONLINE

HOW DO I BUY PRODUCTS ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Go to the page of the product your want to purchase and enter in the quantity that you are after into the “quantity” field found below the item price. Click the add to cart button and the item is now in your shopping cart. You may continue browsing the website and add more items into your shopping basket before you complete your order and check out.  

HOW DO I CHECK WHAT IS IN MY SHOPPING CART?

To view your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon which is inside of a blue button located on the top right area of the page. Payment is made by credit card after you have completed your order.  

HOW DO I DELETE OR CHANGE THE QUANTITY OF ITEMS IN MY SHOPPING CART?

You can delete items by ticking the delete box or change the quantity in the quantity field. Once you have corrected it, you will need to click on the update shopping cart button to update your shopping basket before you complete your order.

PRICING

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to make any changes or fixes on the website without prior notice.  

HOW IS PAYMENT MADE ON THE WEBSITE?

Payment is made by entering your Visa or Mastercard details after clicking on your shopping cart's Proceed to Checkout button.

SHIPPING

Please note: We do our best to ensure that goods are shipped in a merchantable condition, and cannot accept responsibility for handling encountered once a product has left our manufacturer's dispatch. It is up to our customers to arrange insurance on freight if needed. Please inspect the goods on arrival and if they are damaged, do not accept and sign the order. Contact us immediately. Cleancare also delivers worldwide however all prices are ex- factory. For overseas shipments, it is our customer’s responsibility to arrange freight.  

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time depends on your location. Processing the order and dispatch is usually done within 24 hours on a business weekday as long as the products are in stock. Delivery estimate times are as follows from the date of dispatch:

  • Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide: 1 business day
  • Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart: 2 business days
  • NT: 5 – 9 business days
  • All other areas: 2 – 9 business days

  We normally use Hunter Express, however we may use a different carrier depending on location.  

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Delivery costs are calculated by the weight/size of your order and the location you specify. This amount will be quoted on your screen before you make payment.  

CAN I NOMINATE A DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If your delivery address is different to your business/home address, you may nominate a delivery address.  

CAN I PROVIDE FURTHER DETAILS REGARDING DELIVERY?

If you have further instructions for the courier, you can add them in the order comments field.  

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

The option to pickup your order from our Mulgrave office is available when you are ordering online. If possible, please let us know when you will be coming in, so we can have your order ready for you when you arrive.  This can be done in the order comments field.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

We recommend following the maintenance schedule as written in your equipment’s manual. Cleancare is able to service all Cleancare machines at the Chadstone office as well as other brands. To check if we can service your other brand machine, please contact us first.  

PROMOTION CODES

Occasionally, Cleancare will offer certain customers promotion codes of various discount amounts from time to time. Customers may need to first purchase a minimum value of products from Cleancare in order to qualify for a promotion code. These promotion codes can only be redeemed on the Cleancare website. Promotion codes can be used any number of times within the promotion dates specified on the promotions terms and conditions. When you order from Cleancare and you choose to redeem a promotion code, the discount associated with the promotion code will be credited to your order. Each promotion code will expire on the date shown on the promotions terms and conditions. The discount associated with the promotion code cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or redeemed in any relevant retail store. If you misplace your promotion code, we cannot replace it.
