PROBLEM - Odours After Cleaning

Many odour problems are lying dormant in carpets. Urine, mildew and other biological odour may already be present in a carpet. Because these odour problems require moisture involved in a normal routing clean procedure. An increase in humidity from a cleaning procedure can also make other existing odour problems detectable.

Usualy after the carpet dries completely, the odours will become dormant again.

This doesn't mean the problem has been corrected.

If biological odours are encountered as a result of the moisture from the cleaning process and application of Cleancare's Kill Odour should be considered. Always follow the use instructions printed on the label.

In causes of urine odours, use Cleancare's Urine Contamination Treatment.
