HOW TO PROVIDE YOUR CUSTOMERS

WITH CLEAN DRY CARPETS IN 2 HOURS!

1)             Dry vacuum carpet thoroughly with a good powerful vacuum cleaner.

2)    

2)              Pre-spray carpet with the appropriate warm traffic lane cleaner.

3)   

3)                  Rake in the pre-spray with a “Grandy Groom” and allow 10 minutes dwell time.

4)    

4)                   Use Cleancare’s “Formula 90” or “Liqua Steam” detergent with hot water- (minimum temperature 70oC). Clean an area of approximately 20M2.

 5)                   With only the vacuum on the extraction machine– go over the first 10M2 and remove the residual moisture which has begun to wick up the carpet fibres.

6)      

6)                      With a floor machine like Cleancare’s “Orbiter”, run a bonnet over the 10m2 using a dry clean bonnet. Keep changing the bonnet as soon as it becomes saturated.

7)                   

7)                      Open windows if possible or turn on air conditioning and set up turbo dryer on the first 10m2 of carpet.

8)                       This procedure is repeated on the rest of the carpet until all cleaning is finished.

If all the carpet is not fully dry before the operator leaves the job site, the turbo dryer can be left behind to complete the drying process.

This gives the operator the added opportunity of picking up the dryer the following day and following up with the customer to ensure that they are fully satisfied. Also an excellent opprtunity to pick up referals for further cleaning jobs with the customer's friends or family.
