Part B: Hydrogen Peroxide: 10 - 20%
4. FIRST AID MEASURES
Inhalation Remove the source of contamination or move the victim to fresh air. Ensure airways are clear and have a qualified person give oxygen through a face mask if breathing is difficult. Seek medical attention.
Ingestion DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Immediately wash out mouth with water. Seek medical attention.
Skin Remove all contaminated clothing. Wash gently and thoroughly with running water and non-abrasive soap. Ensure contaminated clothing is washed before re-use or discard. If contact is more than of minor nature, seek medical attention.
Eye If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by the Poisons Information Centre or a doctor, or for at least 15 minutes. Seek immediate medical attention.

5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
Suitable Extinguishing Media
Part A: Water fog, foam, carbon dioxide or dry chemical powders.
Part B: Use flooding quantities of water from protected position. If safe to do so, remove undamaged containers from fire area. Cool containers with flooding quantities of water until well after fire is out. If impossible, withdraw from the area and let fire burn.
Specific Methods Wear Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (S.C.B.A) and full protective clothing to minimise skin exposure.
Hazchem Code Part B: 2P
6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Emergency Procedures
Remove all sources of ignition. Increase ventilation. Evacuate all unnecessary personnel. Wear sufficient respiratory protection and full protective clothing to minimise skin and eye exposure.
Part A: If possible contain the spill. Place inert absorbent such as vermiculite, sand or dirt onto material. Use clean non-sparking tools to collect the material and place into a suitable labelled container. Do not dilute material but contain. Mop up the remaining material and place into the same container. If large quantities of this material enter the waterways contact the Environmental Protection Authority, or your local Waste Management Authority.
Part B: Do not contaminate. Keep combustibles (wood, paper, clothing, oil, etc) away from spilled material. Do not touch damaged containers or spilled material unless wearing appropriate protective clothing. Use water spray to knock down vapours or diver vapour clouds. Prevent entry into waterways, drains or confined areas. Place inert, non-combustible absorbent such as vermiculite, or sand onto material. Collect the material using clean, non-sparking tools and place into a suitable labelled container for subsequent disposal. If large quantities of this material enter the waterways contact the Environmental Protection Authority, or your local Waste Management Authority.
7. HANDLING AND STORAGE
Precautions for Safe Handling Ensure a high level of personal hygiene is maintained when using this product. That is, always wash hands before eating, drinking, smoking or using the toilet. To avoid contamination do not return any unused peroxide to the container. Do not mix Part A and Part B unless using it. Mix only enough to treat stain. Do not stored mixed solution.
Conditions for Safe Storage Store in a cool dry, well ventilated area. Avoid all sources of ignition. Avoid contact with incompatible materials that support combustion, such as strong oxidising agents for part A or combustible materials for part B.
8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION
National Exposure Standards
No value assigned for this specific material by the Australian National Occupational Health and Safety Commission (NOHSC). However, the available exposure limits on the ingredients are as follows:
Australian National Occupational Health And Safety Commission (NOHSC) Exposure Standards:
Substance TWA STEL ppm mg/m³ ppm mg/m³ Hydrogen Peroxide 1 1.4 - - Ammonia 25 17 35 24 Propan-2-ol 400 983 500 1230
Engineering Controls Natural ventilation should be sufficient, however where vapours or mists are generated the use of a mechanical exhaust ventilation system (drawing vapours/mists away from workers breathing zone) is recommended.
Respiratory Protection Where ventilation is inadequate the use of an Air Purifying Respirator complying with AS/NZS 1715 and AS/NZS 1716 is recommended.
Eye Protection The use of chemical goggles or safety glasses with side shield protection complying with AS/NZS 1337 is recommended.
Hand Protection The use of PVC gloves complying with AS 2161 is recommended.
